IN ZETA RE-CHARTERING ON 7/28!
We are inviting all Indiana Zeta alums to attend the initiation of the Founding Brothers of the Butler University Colony at the GAC to celebrate the re-chartering of the Indiana Zeta Chapter! Since we are hoping for a nice turnout, we have set up a number of activities around the Initiation.
Below is a schedule of a number of fun-filled activities for the GAC weekend. None of these events require registration to GAC. For activities that require RSVP, please email IndianaZetaAlums@gmail.com.
Wednesday, July 27
11:00am – Founder’s Cup Golf Outing sponsored by ΦΚΨ National – Fort Ben Golf Course. $150/person – Register via the Founder’s Cup page of the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation website.
Thursday, July 28
4:30pm – Indiana Zeta Chapter Initiation – ALUMS ONLY. Colony Initiation at White River Ball Room at JW Marriott. Challenger personnel report at 3:30pm. No cost to attend but coat and tie required.
7:00pm – To celebrate this significant event for Phi Psi and Butler, a reception is being sponsored, led by Brother Massaroni and a few others, at the ΦΨ House. This reception will begin at 7pm OR one hour after initiation concludes. Buffet-style reception plus soft drinks. BYOB if you want alcohol. No cost, but needing a few good donations. Alums and significant others welcome. RSVP by July 14.
Friday, July 29
8:00pm – Bob Seger Experience at Conner Prairie. Cost is $37/person. Please arrive around 7pm if possible. You need to procure your own tickets directly from the Conner Prarie website. Alums and significant others welcome. RSVP by July 14.
Saturday, July 30
12:00pm – Golf outing at Sahm Golf Course – ALUMS ONLY. Golfers are responsible for their own green fees (about $28 for 18 holes plus cart). RSVP by July 14.
6:00/7:00pm – Reservations will be made at a local restaurant (location and reservation time TBD). Diners are responsible for their own tabs/tips. Alums and significant others welcome to dinner. RSVP by July 14.
